As all international orders involve significant shipping and logistics costs, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits for international orders once they have been placed and processed.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, measurements, and order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring that every order is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to review the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.
To be eligible for a replacement claim:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear parcel opening video must be provided.

The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the issue with the product upon opening.

Photographs of the product and packaging may also be requested for verification.
Claims submitted without an unedited parcel opening video may not be eligible for review.
Once the issue has been verified by our team, a replacement may be arranged at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements:
